As the demand for personal training courses continues to rise, we are looking to hire a personal training tutor/assessor to run our Level 3 personal training courses. We are seeking a highly qualified individual who can not only teach but also inspire and guide our students towards a successful career in the fitness industry.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of personal training and a passion for teaching. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working with students on a daily basis. We want someone who can create a positive and motivating environment in the classroom, ensuring that students are engaged, motivated and challenged throughout their studies.

The successful candidate should hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification as a minimum, as well as a Level 3 Education and Training qualification or equivalent. Previous experience as a tutor/assessor within the fitness industry is essential, along with a strong understanding of assessment and verification processes.

The role will involve delivering training and assessment to learners both face-to-face and remotely, ensuring that each student receives the highest quality of teaching and assessment. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of learners, conducting progress reviews, providing feedback and support, and managing their overall learning journey.

It is also essential that the candidate is organised, adaptable and able to work independently. You will need to be able to manage your own workload effectively, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

In addition to the above, we are looking for someone who is innovative and can bring new ideas to the table. Someone who can help us to continually develop and improve our training programmes, ensuring that they are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the industry.
